Hannes Böck
Lives and works in Vienna, Austria

Born 1974 in Vienna, during the 1990s trained as a photographer. Until 2003 Böck studied at the Viennese Academy of Fine Arts in the Master class of conceptual art with Renée Green. One year was spent with Heinz Emigholz at the University of Arts in Berlin, in the class of experimental film. 2005 Böck graduated at the Academy in Vienna with Marina Grzinic. Two research scholarships allowed him to stay abroad, first in 2006 in Nanjing, China, and then 2009 in Mexico City, Mexico. From 2011 to 2014 he worked as a senior artist in film and video at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. In Vienna Hannes Böck’s work was last exhibited in a solo show at the Secession (2013) as well as represented at the mumok kino (2012) with three of his films.

Kerstin von Gabain
Lives and works in Vienna, Austria

Born 1979 in Palo Alto, U.S.A. 2003 the artist completed her studies (Computer and Media Arts with Peter Kogler) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. Three fellowships between 2009 and 2012 led to residencies in the Asian region: Beijing CHN), Tokyo (J), and Seoul (KR). From 2006 to 2010 she ran the off-space Sezession Wichtelgasse together with Johann Neumeister. 2010 the artist received the Austrian State Scholarship for Fine Art Photography. Von Gabain’s work was last shown in two solo exhibitions in Vienna, one at the Secession (2014) and another at the MAK (2013); she was recently (2015) represented in two group shows at the Kunsthalle and at the 21er Haus of the Belvedere.

Guido Kucsko
Lives and works in Vienna, Austria

Born 1954 in Vienna, Kucsko worked as an artist before studying, assisting and later on teaching at the Law School of the University of Vienna. As a lawyer he specialised in Intellectual Property law, became partner at the international lawfirm Schönherr in Vienna, where he now heads the IP-Practice Group. As adjunct professor he lectures IP law at the University of Vienna (School of Law). In 2005 he reopened his studio and has been pursuing his artistic practice ever since. His work has been displayed at various exhibition venues in Vienna including the Sigmund Freud Museum (2013), the Albertina (2013) as well as the BA Kunstforum/Tresor (2011).
